Law Enforcement

Fingerprints have long been used as a form of identification among law enforcement; however, with the advancements in technology, biometrics now allow law enforcement agencies to apprehend criminals and track criminal activity at an astounding rate. Through Integrated Biometrics’ LES-enabled biometric solutions, law enforcement has access to a customizable, highly-accurate, high-speed system with network capabilities that can communicate with other existing databases for fingerprint matching, enabling them to better serve and protect.

The compact design of LES technology enables biometrics solutions to be smaller and more mobile so that field officers can use them as hand-held or in-car devices. LES-enabled biometric applications are durable, able to withstand being dropped, thrown or scratched; highly-accurate, providing a high-quality image despite lighting, outdoor conditions or finger contaminants. In addition to aiding in the maintenance and accuracy of our national fingerprint database, LES-enabled biometric solutions can be used to control physical access to restricted areas within police stations and prisons. Integrated Biometrics offers a number of customizable solutions for physical access control, including management solutions to ease in the administration and management of the system.
